Original 1950's or early 1960's sateen field shirt.  It is size marked medium.  Has 3rd armored regiment collar tab, colonel's rank and 7th army patch.  Had a pocket patch and name tape removed.  Tag at tail is missing.  Has some color loss and minor wear.
